Job Description

As an Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship.

About the team:
We are a taskforce across the departments of Marketing, Technology, and various lines of businesses, looking to break down silos and establish new working ways to benefit the entire company. This team will leverage the latest Bot, AI, and Assistive technology to create a Conversational UI based product to be used across the company. Looking for interns to join and assist the creation of the Enterprise Chatbot framework. 

Responsibilities:
  • Review User Interface functional requirements and understand testing scope
  • Logically corelate the requirements and test the Functional Flows
  • Communicate with Manager/Lead if any issues/queries
  • Write Test Cases, get it reviewed with Manger and prioritize Testing Activities
  • Execute all the Test Case and Report Defects, Define Severity and Priority for respective defects
  • Perform Browser compatibility Testing
  • Make sure that Application/Code is defect free
  • Carry out Regression testing in case of code changes and defect fixes
    Skills :
  • Should have good knowledge on Testing Concepts like Test Design Techniques and Defect Life Cycle
  • Good understanding Web Application functional testing
  • Understanding of Browser testing
  • Knowledge on SDLC and STLC
  • Knowledge on Test Acceptance Criteria
  • Should be able to Generate Test Reports using Tools like JIRA or some knowledge on Spreadsheets (xls)
  • Should be a Team player
  • Problem-Solving skills
  • Good Time-Management skills
  • Self-Motivated with good Interpersonal and Communication skills
