Assist Account Executives in various phases of financial services. Maintain client satisfaction and actively assist in the wealth management business of a high-performing International team.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Facilitate trades
• Research and respond to client inquiries
• Maintain strong relationship with client base and identify service solutions that support client needs
• Conduct client outreach
• Ability to recognize potential sales or service opportunities
• Ability to prepare presentations
• General administrative duties
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet knowledge
• Firm requirements for continuing education for registered persons
• Perform daily operations, client service and Account Executive support
• Provide account information to clients and Account Executives
• Learn the business and products to assist Account Executives
• Clerical duties such as handling telephones, mailing, filing and processing forms
• 2-5 years' industry experience
• SIE – Securities Industry Essentials Examination AND
• Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam AND
• Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam AND
• Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor, OR
• Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law/ Investment
