Digital Insights and Analytics Analyst

SUMMARY: The Digital Insights and Analytics Analyst gathers, structures and analyzes data from a variety of sources to provide insight on data trends and anomalies and to develop insights about digital customer engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

* Perform simple to advanced analytics that describe the usage of the digital channels

* Support data mining, analytics, and reporting needs of the digital banking channel.

* Analyze website and mobile app data on traffic sources and patterns, customer behavior, and customer experience.

* Identify new opportunities through the use of quantitative data gathered with the Adobe toolset, combined with data from other systems.

* Use quantitative data to help measure the success of various campaigns on the website.

* Perform advanced analytics that describe the usage of digital channels.

* Perform cross-channel analytics that show customer behaviors across channels.

* Apply statistical tools/models to perform advanced data analytics that both identify and predict customer engagement and behavior.

* Build and automate intuitive dashboards that help visualize and answer complex business problems and/or customer behavior.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing data analytics, preferably for a company in the financial services industry.
* Base SAS certification preferred.
* Mastery of analytic and data visualization tools (SAS, SQL, Adobe Analytics {formerly Omniture Site Catalyst}, Tableau, IBM Digital Analytics {formerly Coremetrics}, Google Analytics, Webtrends, etc.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, manage competing demands/multiple projects, a strong sense of urgency, and follow-thru in addressing issues
* Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders.
