You'll focus on assisting clients as they incorporate increased automation, machine learning, data & analytics, Open Source technologies into their processes to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.   • Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success in a role applying analytics and related methodologies to determine and document accurate business requirements, presenting such requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs. Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of, and success in roles that emphasize, comprehending and documenting clients' technical and business requirements, and translating them into appropriate System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables.

    Demonstrates proven success in a Business Analyst role and thorough abilities producing deliverables for software development projects, which includes the following abilities related to SDLC project management:
    - Developing customized and packaged applications with exposure to UML and Business Rules Development; and,
    - Documenting business systems-related requests or requirements so that they are unambiguous, consistent and not in contradiction with each other.

    As a tax technical professional, demonstrates ability to research business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals, considering opportunities across multiple lines of service.

    Experimentation with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to: - innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
    - working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.

    Exposure to pricing, client value and the negotiation process - including reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options.
