The Service Processing / Tax Coordinator providesdirect clientsupportby conducting specific service activities,generally in tax.Theywill support the services team leadersin managing business data base functions and critical deadlines.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Prepares, manages and ensures compliance with all tax filings and client regulatory filing deadlines
Proactively managedatabase and workflow systems to ensure accurate maintenance of client data
Prepares and distributes tax organizers
Organizes and scans client documents
Review and analyze documents, identify solutions and assist when needed to support additional team members
Possesses strong technology skills with an ability to adapt to changes and new programs
Drives change and efficiencies within the team
Provides support across multiple groups and offices
Implements firm and office processes and procedures with direction from the Operations Director
Proactively communicating with office leaders and clients to ensure deadlines are met
MS Word (intermediate to advance level)
MS Excel (intermediate to advance level)
MS Outlook (intermediate to advance level)
MS PowerPoint (intermediate to advance level)
Adobe, and other Products (intermediate to advance level)
Minimum Job Requirements:
3 or more years of related administrative support experience required
Professional services industry experience preferred
High school degree or equivalent is required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
