Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in global enterprise-wide technology platforms, including Just-in-Time environments in global operations, data traceability, RMS risk models and rich data layers, and management of third-party data.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading client engagement teams that design and develop business technology platforms, including:

  • Evaluating enterprise architecture feasibility, risk and technologies related to business change (i.e. assessing, identifying and recommending BI and related business stakeholders' data requirements; BI solution prototyping and development; processes and performance from business and technical standpoints; and the impact of data changes on business and/or IT processes);
  • Advising platform leadership on emerging risk technologies and strategies consistent with clients' business strategies;
  • Prioritizing, preparing and implementing SOC2 framework to continually monitor and safeguard platform operations; and,
  • Developing and validating business stakeholders' risk tolerance and risk management needs, including socializing and implementing a suite of risk solutions (i.e. business rules, definitions, attributes, etc.) to deliver compliance and risk requirements.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in interacting with varied stakeholder groups to understand and document business and functional requirements, including:

  • Managing platform relationships with key risk and compliance stakeholders;
  • Establishing, managing, and enhancing risk review process to establish timely approval of platform changes/enhancements;
  • Establishing leadership and stakeholder awareness of blockers and potential riskier areas;
  • Developing ability to provide level 1 review of platform changes to focus review on higher risk areas; and,
  • Preparing and presenting clear status reports highlighting what's been achieved, what's coming & any risks and issues.
