CLA is looking to hire an Impact/People Operations Coordinator to join our Internal Operations team in our Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, takes initiative and demonstrates the ability to foster and maintain relationships at all levels within the firm!
In this position, they will provide operational and management support for multiple offices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with campus recruiting efforts between the office/region and Human Resources teams
Coordinate campus interviews, office visits and manage all new hire on-boarding.
Facilitate all on-site/off-site employee relations events
Coordinate Learning and Development logistics including, but not limited to: support in-person sessions, webcasts, and virtual learning conferences.
Responsible for conference room management and scheduling by Internal Operations Coordinator(s).
Ensures that team members, leaders have all the information that they need and up to date on all matters
Resolve any issues as they arise and assists with creating work flow processes
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with a strong attention to detail
Must be able to work independently or within a team environment
Successfully multi-task on various projects and tasks
Other duties or task may be assigned, etc.
Education and Experience preferred or required:
3 or more years of related experience
High school degree or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree, a plus
Proficiency with Workday and Professional services industry experience, a plus
Travel expected less 10% and reliable transportation required
Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
