Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and oversight of the managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) delivering contingent workforce services to Deutsche Bank

  • Support Head of Recruitment with vendor management of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) vendor delivering professional recruitment services to Deutsche Bank

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and regular vendor operations and governance meetings; monitor and analyze SLAs/KPIs to drive vendor performance and accountability, point of contact for recruitment escalations relating to service delivery, in conjunction with the Head of Recruitment and Talent Sourcing Leads. Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy; partner with Global Sourcing and Finance where required

  • Participate in Talent Sourcing strategic project work stream, and become the SME of the permanent recruitment tool, Workday; including issue resolution, training and support technical change requests. Responsible for governance of recruiting practices across recruitment team; monitoring adherence to Deutsche Bank policies and procedures, regulations and legislation

  • Ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded in all recruitment processes and participate in diversity recruitment initiatives, and work within a regional TA team managing, developing and implementing local, regional and global talent strategies and projects

  • Manage talent sourcing recruiting intranet pages and cascade process and policy updates to Deutsche Bank recruitment team, and oversight of the employee referral program; including policy ownership, reviewing claims, oversight of vendor administering process


Your Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in onsite professional recruitment or HR experience preferred or administrative and client service experience within a large corporate organization

  • Experience working in a global capacity/environment, and knowledge of recruiting tools and strategies, and diversity and inclusion experience preferred

  • Vendor Management knowledge beneficial

  • Exceptional reporting capabilities; able to work with large volumes of data, providing analysis and identifying data integrity issues

  • Experience with invoicing and invoice processing beneficial, and IT Skills - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel at advanced level, including ability to use pivot tables, v-lookups, create formulas etc
