Job SummaryForeclosure Escalations Specialist is responsible for performing key operational foreclosure functions. This position requires strong mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge. Role is responsible for the performance of multiple functions related to the initiation of the default process through post-sale requirements. All functions must be completed within the production and quality standards. Role requires utilization and understanding of multiple servicing systems, applications and reporting. Escalations Specialist is also responsible for resolution of foreclosure issues while minimizing risks and mitigating loss. Escalations Specialist will develop, train and mentor existing Foreclosure Specialists.
Foreclosure Escalations Specialist independently & with advanced subject matter expertise processes loans through foreclosure. This role is for a Leader on the Team who can operate as a backup supervisor, and solve escalated/complicated issues.
