    Responsibilities

    • Develop a thorough understanding of HR data structures, metrics, processes and tools
    • Ensure that reports and analysis are constructed to support stakeholder review and decision making
    • Create and customizes timely metrics, trends, statistical data, analytics, summaries, graphical representation, and special reports as required utilizing HRIS systems, Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze and logically present data to various audiences
    • Make alterations to existing reports to gather and report data as necessary
    • Create effective, scalable and intuitive reporting solutions to support the Human Capital Dashboard
    • Drive consistent adoption, interpretation and usage of data fields and metrics
    • Collate and manage data output from disparate systems
    • Identify HR (Human Resources) needs and the HRIS reports to fulfill these needs
    • Establishes and maintains a reporting strategy for HR
    • Support the Director, HR Operations by shaping the vision for the HR analytics and the eventual creation of a centralized CoE to support all HR functions
    • Design and project manage a technical roadmap to build scaled solutions and automated reporting

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business ,Data Management, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics Business Information Systems or relevant field; Master’s preferred
    • 5-7 years enterprise analysis and reporting experience required
    • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel that support the ability to organize, analyze, and report information strong experience with Excel and Data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs)
    • Proficiency in PeopleSoft HRIS system or other similar HRIS system
    • Extraordinary attention to detail
    • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
    • Intellectually curious with both an analytical and holistic view of solutions
    • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and draw meaningful insights from structured data analysis
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to be proactive and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced ambiguous environment
    • Successful track record of developing a wide spectrum of analysis and reports - from simple to significantly complex
    • Highly developed ability to provide clear, concise verbal and written explanations for complex concepts so that others get insights from analyses quickly and effectively
    • Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Analytics module and Dashboard creation a plus
