Leads all digital marketing initiatives including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media (organic and paid), eCommerce, email marketing, digital partnerships, channel marketing, and analytics for Black Knight products and services. Responsible for acquisition and retention programs to achieve sales, ROI, and total contribution goals. Involved in operation and activities including direct marketing, email marketing, retention strategies, and new customer acquisition initiatives. Test, report, optimize and analyze channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy, including mobile app experience. Define the digital customer experience and align with brand tone and voice. Support development of content creation across digital channels. Manage budget and supervise digital media integration into sales and brand awareness initiatives. Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, technology, and ecommerce. Define metrics and analyze campaign success, track, and forecast user growth and engagement. Work with sales to strategize and increase conversion rates. Ensures goals for digital marketing campaigns are met.


  • Designs and oversees all aspects of digital marketing including marketing contact database, email, SEO, SEM, social posting, and display advertising campaigns
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize lead funnels
  • Evaluates key performance indicators that affect web traffic, lead generation, conversion and target audiences
  • Creates and implements plans to improve performance as needed; deliver cost-benefit analysis to influence future campaigns and optimize spend and results.
  • Executes and evaluates digital campaigns to ensure they remain effective and deliver established goals
  • Develops and monitors campaign budgets
  • Works with Analytics Lead to prepare and deliver accurate reports on campaign performance
  • Identifies latest trends and technologies that could have industry impacts and works with team to proactively respond, engage, etc.
  • Works with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and trains team to implement
  • Continues education/training to identify new strategies and tactics to maximize brand visibility
  • Manages team to ensure goals are met and success on digital campaign initiatives is achieved
  • Performs other related duties as required


Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field; or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.


  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns, managing marketing database, email and social media
  • Proven working experience in a digital marketing
  • Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of various digital platforms, best practices and web analytics as marketing tools
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within Black Knight or outside the organization (executives, regulators, clients, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to recommend process improvements
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and measurement
  • Experience with website performance management, search engine optimization, lead generation and email marketing
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate then elevate results
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas, Google Display Network)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Words campaigns
  • Google certification is required or must be able to obtain certification within 12 months of hire date.
  • Certification in fields related to digital marketing and website development / optimization preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead software
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints


Entry-level management role. May manage and mentor project leads and/or staff. Assists in establishing strategic plans and objectives for the

department while ensuring the department meets its objectives. Works on simple to moderately-complex projects as a team member and

periodically as a project leader. Develops budget and ensures objectives are met. Frequently interacts with executives, management, and

clients. Typically requires five (5) or more years of relevant work experience with up to one (1) year in a leadership role. Google certification is required or must be able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.
