  • Manage a team to proactively engage with the digital sales teams, customers, and prospects to drive business opportunities in the region including new sales, cross-sales, and/or upgrades.
  • Ensure team collaborates with digital sales representatives throughout the sales lifecycle which may include exploratory meetings, demonstrations, workshops, system audits and gap analysis to assure consistency of messages.
  • Ensure all digital sales opportunities are adequately resourced and manages all pre-sales activities in territory to maximize resources and revenue opportunities and to minimize travel and selling-related expenses.
  • Drive the value proposition of product line and Go to Market execution in the market.
  • Drive participation in virtual discovery sessions with new sales opportunities and/or existing client base.
  • Ensures successful virtual solution demonstrations for new sales opportunities and/or within the existing client base.
  • May oversee team to maintain and update demonstration environment to ensure complete and accurate data, accounts, product set, and system parameters.
  • Develop and update enterprise presentation scripts to stay current with product functionality, value proposition and strategic differentiators.
  • Ensure team keeps up to date with all product roadmaps, with the ability to articulate which features are coming with the next Product Release and discuss Roadmap items.
  • Assist with aligning solutions with prospect needs at the request of sales team members.
  • Work closely with product management, feeding back market intelligence that can influence the strategic roadmap.
  • Incorporate knowledge of competitive strengths and weaknesses into solution demonstrations.
  • Ensure that identified product gaps are documented and addressed with appropriate internal teams, prior to contract signing.
  • Educate digital sales and sales operation team members on product functionality as needed.
  • Ensure the Proposal team is supported in the completion of RFP responses to insure the solution is presented according to the key criteria of the prospect/client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the market including client and prospects. Present at both internal and external meetings and conferences.
  • Facilitate and encourage innovative solutions that will benefit the assigned region and/or line of business
  • Interview, hire, and create on-boarding plans for new or transferred employees.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and educational activities to support employee development that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create performance goals and objectives; track and communicate progress. Prepare and conduct regular performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to maintain open communication and share information.
  • Encourage others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities; facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to successfully lead others to show value of products and solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial institution operations and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of a clients business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well proven ability to position solutions to address those needs
  • Demonstrates deep product and industry knowledge including market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Proven ability to engage financial institution executives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation skills.
  • Ability to present compellingly and influence clients.
  • Proven ability to articulate value proposition and ROI.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Responsive, reliable and results oriented.
  • Project Management Skills
  • Strong client focus and impeccable professional integrity


  • 5+ years successful pre sales or sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions.
  • 1+ years management experience relating to aggressive sales goals.
  • Experience interacting with C Level executives.
