What will you contribute?

The mandate of the Customer Value Team is to increase Finastras ability to engage with Executive level decision makers during both their decision-making and innovation process. This is achieved by bringing value, innovation and strategic alignment to the centre of Finastras solution proposition and sales cycle.

The Customer Value Team is in the vanguard of Banking and Technology and transforms that know-how in innovative approaches to engage and advice customers, differentiating Finastra in the marketplace and being extremely impactful in increasing Finastras sale effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

As the Customer Value Lead for Financial Services you are responsible to:
- Increase the sales organization capability to engage with Customer Executives by focusing on the value and business impact of Finastra Solutions

- Engage with customers to evaluate the value and strategic relevancy of Finastra solutions

To achieve your objetives you are responsible for:

- Create value and financial services strategic assets (such as value calculators, systematization of value drivers, how some offers are related to key strateigc objectives, business benchmark tools,....)
- Enable the Finastra ecosystem (sales, partners, solution consultants,...) to have value and business impact at the center of their value propositions and engagement

- Support key opportunities through engageming with customers and estimating the impact specific investments are going to have in addressing strategic objectives (Establishing the expected return on investment from these investments, Showing how by leveraging innovative technologies it is going to gain a competitive advantage in the market and/or impact their end customers

It is expected from you to be able to think strategically on challenges and opportunities in Community Banks and Credit unions and translate it in a way that the sales team and other stakeholders can adopt and have an impact.

Key metrics to measure the impact you are having is the degree of adoption of ecosystem of the value assets, the revenue generated though the engagements you have executed. Also critical is going to be your ability to innovate to address changes in the market and in Finastra solutions.

Required Experience and skills:

  • Business Acumen (Having a management debree and/Or MBA is preferred)
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills; you need to know how to influence others (having the best analysis and advice will not be enough if nobody will listen to you)
  • Understanding and having hands on experience working with C-Level decision makers
  • Understanding of key Financial Services and technology trends
  • 5+ years experience in management consulting and/or value selling
  • 3+ years experience working in roles that had a strong technology component
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude; Very good in networking
  • We work in a fast pace and dynamic environment, you need to make things happen
  • Able to influence and drive others when working in a virtual team
