As a member of BlackRock’s HR Tax Compliance function, the Vice President role will work with a team of HR professionals in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. The role will be responsible for tax operations and administration working closely with teams across HR including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Global Mobility; as well as partners in Finance and Legal.
The HR Tax Vice President will support HR in managing key tax-related programs, policies, processes and vendors and help to drive strategic and tactical initiatives supporting Blackrock’s HR programs. The role requires deep knowledge of global employment taxes and cross border taxation, strong expatriate tax knowledge, a focus on risk mitigation and experience with managing business travel compliance globally. The role will also require vendor management, project management & stakeholder management skills.
