The VP of Spend Engagement Marketing will be responsible for the following:
  • Building out the Rate Sale marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and deliver on key financial commitments
  • Ensuring consistent and relevant articulation of value proposition of the Rate Sale program for consumers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new testing opportunities, champion new initiatives to drive program performance, and define campaign and testing strategy
  • Partner with Decision Management, Product and Finance to assess performance of recent tests, identify new champion strategies, and make roll-out decisions in a timely and disciplined manner    
  • Ensure strategy is communicated in a manner that can be executed upon by multiple teams
  • Auditing key steps of campaign processes to ensure flawless execution
  • Assist with developing customer-level contact strategies and testing opportunities
  • Ensure consistent collaboration with Strategy, Decision Management, Product, and Control/Compliance teams as we move from program-level to customer-level marketing approach


Qualifications

Business and Technical Requirements
  • Candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years experience working in financial services, retail and/or consumer goods marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Marketing Management
  • Creative marketer with a strong results orientation
  • Strong customer focus and past achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approach to realize marketplace potential and meet financial goals.
  • Experience developing and executing engagement strategies to drive growth
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset with ability to drive strategic change
