The Risk Governance & Control Manger will drive and lead all project/initiative requests submitted by all Branded Cards Risk Management teams as well as by businesses that utilize/leverage risk technologies.  This role requires a keen understanding of the Citi Cards Branded Cards risk business as well as practical experience with project management tools.  Ensures all project documents submitted are clear & concise, contain comprehensive summary of risk and are in compliance with Local and Global Consumer Credit/Fraud & Collection Risk policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The Branded Cards Risk Governance & Control Manager responsibilities include:
  • Effectively lead multiple policy change implementation projects while providing end to end support within the Risk Management Organization
  • Development of business requirements to implement business policy change request
  • Develop Test plan to ensure that testing validates intent of business policy change
  • Provide weekly detailed reporting with regards to multiple projects
  • Setting deliverables and goals for multiple business peers on various business projects
  • Responsible for updating appropriate Operations Procedures to ensure alignment with Credit Policy changes.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or relevant leadership work history
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Thorough understanding of Consumer Credit Life Cycle
  • Strong analytical & leadership skills
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications (word,powerpoint, excel, visio,)
