Department Description: The Reporting & Learning Unit (R&LU) is one of 3 units in the Office of Financial Operations (OFO). R&LU is responsible for development of and dissemination of all reporting and dashboarding for the Institute, including programs, departments, senior leadership and the Board of Trustees, as well as providing financial training for system users and preparing special analysis as requested.
Basic Function: The Financial Data Reporting Analyst will report to the Director of Reporting & Learning to develop reporting and dashboards in Planful and F9 as well as Tableau and other graphical data software for the Financial Analysis team. The primary focus of this position will be on publishing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for programs across the Institute.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Financial Data Reporting Analyst routinely interacts with the Director of R&L, other Financial Data Reporting Analysts, Financial Services Unit, Program Directors, VP Finance, senior staff of accounting and other administrative departments and Program staff.
