My client is looking for a Workday, HRIS, Specialist to join their global Human Resources team. The role focuses on process design and recommending solutions to the HR reporting requirements. This role is data heavy and includes testing, reviewing, and implementing system enchancements on their Workday platform.

My client is an international hedge fund and quantitative investment management firm. Founded almost 15 years ago, they are now currently managing $5 billion AUM. This client is in 15 countries around the globe with 24 offices.


  • Serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday HCM
  • Research and resolve issues or process flaws in our HRIS tools
  • Develop user procedures, guideline, and documentation
  • Train new users on new processes and functionality
  • Support business requests, special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the global organization


  • At least five years of experience in HR system configuration and/or implementations, including design, testing and deploying functionality
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs, document requirements and redesign processes
  • Experience in quality assurance testing and reporting a plus
  • Experience with Workday a must
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Detail orientated and strong ownership of work
  • Demonstrates good judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
