We'll look to you to leverage your end-to-end UX skills to conceptualize and execute product designs that shape the future of Western Union for many years to come. You will be working with a small team of UX designers that are passionate about what their work and the impact it has on our customers. You will lead through strong engagement levels, a positive and energetic leadership style, and the ability to continuously develop the knowledge and capability of your team through utilization of available management tools. You will be an integral part of our cutting-edge user experience team.
For such a pivotal role, you will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in User Experience Design. You will have the experience to provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team of UX Designers. You will lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms and devices. You will be bachelor's degree educated and have outstanding communication skills . You'll have strong computer skills including Microsoft suite, Dropbox, Sketch App, Adobe Suite, and Prototyping tools.
