Relentless pursuit of Better Relentless pursuit of better You will report to the Group Leader of Infrastructure & Cloud Operations; in this position will oversee multiple operations teams in the managed services provider. This position will set strategic direction for the department, maintain appropriate headcount, and lead a team of 40+ but will still be a hands-on working leader. Our ideal candidate will bring excellence in implementing effective governance, delivering enterprise applications initiatives, and providing high-quality end-user support. You will need to have 10+ years of IT management experience with a bachelor's degree and preferably an extensive amount in Cloud Operations and Enterprise SaaS. Experience working with large, complex information systems and managing Cloud Operations at scale.

The on-target earnings range is $123,113-$205,189 which includes a base salary of $102,594- $170,991 short-term (15% of base), and long-term (5% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance.
