JobDescription :

The Role: As a Lead Data Specialist, Client Services, you will be responsible for facilitating training and assisting with client escalations in relation to our datafeed products. This position will work closely with our Global Enterprise Product Ops team.

The Grade (relevant for internal applicants only): 10
This position is limited with persons with the indefinite right to work in the United States.

The Location: Centennial, CO

The Impact: You will be contributing to the team and company in a meaningful and visible way and will be integrated into a group with high expectations. You are essential as the expert within our department when it comes to helping our Enterprise Client Services team understand our products through training and help answer or further escalate client queries. Combining an expertise in our products with a deep understanding of who our clients are and how they use our tools, you facilitate the best and most efficient ways for our clients to achieve quality results. If you function well in a position with high expectations, this will be a fulfilling position for you.

The Team / The Business: You will join a very collegial, professional and growing global team. As a cross-functional role, you will work across both the Level 1 and Level 2 Enterprise Product Ops teams.

Your Skills: Ideally, you will have a deep understanding of our datafeed products (namely Xpressfeed) and the content and schemas involved. You are willing and able to work closely with others in a team-based environment. Your excellent communication skills will enhance our client experience with regard to product related issues with all Capital IQ departments. Training experience is very important.

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Xpressfeed packages and schemas
  • Experience training both in person and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field Advanced Excel experience
  • Knowledge across the various datasets S&P Global provides via feeds.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Integrity, honesty, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people are all essential
  • SQL experience

Preferred:
  • Advanced degree such as MBA
  • Internal PM, BA or similar role involved with Xpressfeed
