The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and data analysis skills to make a difference? The Aviation Safety Reporting System often requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple tasks, involving many stakeholders, and balancing risk and regulations to deliver quality products on budget and on time.

Youll work with program leadership and our client to implement an augmentation to the program in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) environment using tools like the Atlassian Suite such as Confluence and JIRA within the Agile development framework. You will help form the framework and implement an updated architecture and UAV taxonomy. You will have regular interactions with stakeholders and clients and perform comprehensive data collection, as required. With this level of complexity, this program needs a skilled research coordinator with the ability to integrate and manage complex tasks and keep the program on the path to success. Thats why we need you, a research coordinator with a background in aviation, who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. Join us and help make sure the program stays on-time and within budget.

Empower change with us.

You Have:

  • Experience with the Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS) taxonomy, process flow, standard operating and de-identification procedures to provide immediate value to the program
  • 5+ years of experience with project coordination and project management
  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases, Agile, Confluence, JIRA, and software testing
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of UAV/UAS and Part 91, 135, and 107 operations
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree in Aviation or Aerospace Engineering
