This Product Manager role represents the lifeblood for growth for ourPartners and differentiating our digital capabilities from our competition toearly stage clients. SVB in an activeparticipant, partner and investor in start-up enabling solutions that will helpour Clients grow faster.
This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digitaltransformation strategy. The idealcandidate will:
Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking,Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach todecision making.
Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digitaland ideally have experience in online marketplaces, building content and offerplatforms across multiple touchpoints. Trigger based or RTB product experience would be highly valuable.
Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and dataengineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecturenecessary to deliver a breakthrough client experience by delivering the mostrelevant partner products.
Be a strategist. Develop our high-level strategic vision and translate it into productroadmaps.
Be the voice of the user. Understand user needs, identify the problemand market opportunity, ideate solutions, prototype, and validate hypotheses.
Be a do-er. Harnessthe power of a cross-functional team to take a product from concept to launch. Fromcreating your product backlog and grooming features, to hardening code and shippingproduct, you will be empowered to define the future of your product.

A Bachelors Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitativemajor that requires structured problem solving
5+ years of Product Management experience, preferablyin Media Tech, Online Marketplace or FI Aggregator
3+ years direct knowledge and experience with buildingreal-time bidding solutions, content delivery platforms, etc.
Proven ability to build relationships and work effectivelyin cross-functional teams
Strong understanding and working experience withdesign-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital productsand experiences
Knowledge of Agile routines and experience leading inan Agile environment
