Senior ProductManager, Authentication Product Manager 

The SeniorProduct Manager will be responsible for implementing anenterprise authentication platform for the Bank as well as on-going managementand business readiness of product launches. The successful candidate will beresponsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap as well as assist indelivering relevant and well-designed solutions to our clients andstakeholders. This role is expected to exercise creativity, critical thinking,relationship building, analytics, and collaboration to solve client problems.

The ideal candidate must have prior experiencein delivering a digital client experience in authentication for a financialinstitution or was in a similardigital product management or development role with a vendor in theauthentication, fraud, or cyber security domain. The candidatemust possess a very strong product management background, be well steeped indesign thinking, Lean UX and agile delivery methodologies and will have a datadriven approach to decision making.

The right personthrives in a high performance and fast-paced environment, working with a worldclass crew of Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, CustomerService Agents, Sales Associates and Clients to challenge the status-quo everyday. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement an enterprise multi factor authentication solution andcreate a simplified client experience across SVBs digital channels includingmobile applications

  • Set Product strategy, own the productroadmap KPIs, and lead the execution on building and bringing to market newfeatures and capabilities

  • Monitor product performance, user& client feedback to drive better product decisions

  • Evaluate client needs, industry evolution andadoption of authentication standards such as W3C/FDO

  • Work closely with our engineers and technology partners to helpdesign, build, and test the desired solutions, using both out-of-the-boxfunctionality as well as custom developed applications

  • Assist the Application Support team in maintaining the platform,ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices

  • Manage vendor relationships and perform annual vendor riskassessments

  • Evaluate and implement additional vendor solutions to build out anenterprise authentication ecosystem

  • Communicate project updates to both senior leadership andend-users to obtain consensus and drive adoption

Collaborate withother product team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope,dependencies, and timelines
Qualifications
  • A Bachelors Degree with business ormajor that requires structured problem solving

  • ~ 7 years of Product Managementexperience ideally in Banking/Financial Services, ~5 years of experience in designing and developing digital client experiences forfraud and security controls OR experience in a similar digitalproduct management or development role with a vendor in the authentication,fraud, or cyber security domain

  • Solid executive presence and abilityto manage across all levels in the organization

  • Deep technical and functional knowledge of multi factorauthentication workflows and applications

  • Strong grasp of the broader authentication, cyber security andcustomer identity access management (CIAM) ecosystem including standards such as FIDO/W3C and regulations such asPSD2

  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Strong Agile Practitioner, well versedin Agile routines
