As a CommunicationsManager working within our team, you will serve as a strategic partner to thebusiness unit leader. You are a self-starter who can operate with minimaldirection, take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem solving.With this position, collaboration is key you will build partnerships andengagement from internal and external stakeholders while moving business forwardwhich requires artful orchestration between program goals, client managers, andthe clients themselves to drive the execution of client facing solutions.

Own and driveproject management function within business unit working cross functionallyto optimize program delivery and execution
Serve as relationship manager for internal andexternal stakeholders, convene collaboration meetings while working to buildand manage sub-committees to drive toward delivery
Support ongoingbusiness intelligence: research, reporting, recommendations
BusinessDevelopment: grow and capture program impact within SVB ecosystem, continuallyon the hunt for smart integrations while telling the impact story along the way
Messagedevelopment and integration shaping and customizing Access messaging andstrategy to better align with market demands
Web and mediaintegrations: good eye for branding and messaging to make recommendations onprogram expansion/enhancements
Budgetarymanagement and oversight
Making decisionson relationship management with internal (SVBers of all levels) and external (philanthropicand client relationships) stakeholders
Identify and vetopportunities to bring on new corporate and philanthropic partners to advanceour mission (through sponsorships, partnerships, donations, and investments)
Building,expanding, and refining program and business unit infrastructure to optimizeefficiency
This individualneeds to have good instincts, and great relationship management skills
Deliver on events andspecial projects as requested
