Thenewly formed Customer Relationship Management Product team in the ProductDivision is responsible for the strategy and management of our CRM applicationsand business processes. The CRM applications are the life blood of SVB, and arecritical to the sales strategies that are responsible for almost all clientacquisition at SVB that has resulted in SVB being the most popular bankingpartner for startups globally. The Private Banking teams rely on CRM every dayto win deals, manage client relationships and drive unique insights that buildthe deep relationship of trust with clients that SVB is known for.
Thisrole creates designs products with a customer centric approach, and an emphasison sourcing the right data to inform product related decision making. Activelytracks and monitors performance of our existing product set and recommendsareas to improve returns / reduce operational costs / manage risk. Embraces auser centered, empirical and iterative product development methodology forproduct development. Remains abreast of market trends and competitoractivity to inform product roadmaps. Engages with stakeholders throughout theorganization who support delivery of products (frontline, credit, operations,technology, risk, marketing etc.). Manages the product strategy and roadmap forthe CRM applications.Responsibilities:
Theright person thrives in a high performance and fast-paced environment, workingwith a world class crew of Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists andAdvisors to challenge the status-quo every day
Establishing technology expectations, direction and priorities forthe CRM system based on needs of PB (sales teams, RMs)
Monitor product performance, user feedback and internal SMEfeedback
Conduct business analysis and product usage analytics and driveinsights
Work with all areas of Private Bank to ensure the refinement ofcross-sell strategies and sales management guidelines.
Maintain competitive technology intelligence and identify emergingtechnology offerings to enhance the CRM platform
Experience taking products or initiatives from ideation to launchand do continuous improvement
Experience analyzing market conditions, understanding user needsand translating insights into an action plan
Demonstrated understanding of Banking and Banking products and CRMSystems
Ability to think creatively and strategically and question the statusquo
Ability to assimilate diverse data points and formulate strategyabout a future direction.
Action oriented and focused on achieving a positive outcome, notafraid to set ambitious goals.
Ability to work cross-functionally across an organization andinfluence senior leadership
5-7 years of experience creating and managing CRM products,ideally as a product manager
3+ years of experience working with business partners to capturerequirements and process flows
Experience leading complex, cross-functional project teams thatresulted in successful deployments
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or arelevant Business degree with proven technical and business acumen
