As a Managed Services team member, you will work directly with clients on maintaining and enhancing their current NetSuite solution through support related tasks and requests.
Ensure completion and resolution of client related tasks, submitted to RSM
Triage submitted tasks to identify resolution timeframes for bug fixes and system changes
Provide resolution services based on your own skills and aptitude
Escalate tasks or enhancements to other RSM NetSuite team members with either specialized skills and/or familiarity with the client’s environment and business processes, if necessary
Provide know-how assistance to client’s, including navigation and saved search creation
Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field required
Multiple years of functional experience with NetSuite financial applications/services as either a consultant or administrator
Experience in gathering requirements (and implementing) for Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Modules
Prior work experience in the accounting field and knowledge of general accounting principles is preferred
Knowledgeable in relational database architecture and methods including hands-on experience in developing SQL queries desired
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm
Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills
Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
NetSuite Certified Administrator and/or Consultant
