We are looking for a lead Product Manager and Head of Growth for this new hospitality platform. If you are the type of person who takes deep ownership of everything that you work on, are obsessive about growth, creative but rely on data and hypothesis driven decisions over intuition, enjoy solving complex problems, love working with small, diverse and agile teams, foster strong relationships and build trust with your team and stakeholders - we want to speak with you. This leadership role will be accountable for user and revenue growth; driving the product roadmap, alignment of stakeholders and stewarding teams to meet and exceed business goals and measures. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Product performance - market fit and growth on both supply and demand sides
Understand the need, and opportunity, for maximizing our data assets to drive acquisition and performance
Drive product vision, strategy, requirements, KPIs and end results
Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on competitive benchmarking, industry and market trend analysis, and customer journey mapping to guide product development; then validate that learning with in market testing.
Translate product strategy into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized user stories, features and enablers that will realize the product vision
Define and implement the overall approach toward hypothesis driven experimentation, attribution modeling and product/platform operations
Drive the use cases for cutting-edge data science, innovative technologies and techniques for the platform
Build and maintain trust and credibility with our client, teams and vendors through demonstrated proficiency and excellent presentation of work in progress
Inspire, lead and mentor a high-performing teams of Product Analysts
12+ years in Product or Marketing in a B2C environment
A proven track record driving growth through data, technology and leading a cross-functional product-engineering team
Experience with multi-sided platforms, spanning supply and demand side growth.
Preference for expertise in the home rental market and the nuances of home management companies, hosts and supply pipeline and operations
BA/BS degree is required. Concentration in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred
3+ years of technical product management
Exceptional collaboration, partnership, influence and stakeholder management skills spanning executives to working team members. Proven ability to influence and lead without overt reliance on political authority.
Experience working with globally distributed, multi-cultural teams
System thinker who balances strategy with detailed, flawless execution
Tolerant of ambiguity and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
Hands on data wrangling and analytics skills - self-sufficient in analyzing, interpreting and explaining data driven insights
High energy to achieve results, overcoming impediments proactively
Track record of managing, growing and motivating people
Post COVID, significant travel may be required to our client site (~40%)
