Receptionist / Front Desk Ambassador Provides customer service for visiting clients and staff  Maintains records of guests, customers, and vendors who visit the office Manages and maintains the appearance of the reception Ability to provide firsthand support on AV System for the site Maintains conference room calendars and workspace reservations. Arranges catering, meeting coordination, set-up, and breakdown for various site events Answers and transfers incoming calls of 1st floor front desk Mail management  Support Event Management coordination with AIE team Support Furniture resets for meeting rooms and event areas. Willing to be flexible on working hours to support after hour event support (average 2 to 3 per month) Process POs, Invoices in internal system and maintain spend tracker for multiple offices Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
