We are an established boutique placement agent for private equity firms and hedge funds currently looking for a highly motivated senior marketing and business development professional to be a part of our US growth story.

The candidate should have prior experience of raising assets from institutional limited partners such as pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations and gatekeepers as well as wealth managers and family offices. Preference is for buy side experience from an asset manager, private equity firm, hedge fund or placement agent but other backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities Include:

- Manage client fundraising mandates
- Manage existing as well as develop new limited partner relationships
- Business development / securing new client mandates
- Advise and assist clients with due diligence and meetings with potential limited partners

The hire will play a key part in interacting with LPs and coordinating and participating in investor roadshows for our client base.

The remuneration will be linked to performance, including the ability to originate and manage new clients sourced through new business development initiatives as well as from the firm's and your existing industry network.

The position offers exceptional earnings potential. We are looking for the hire to be based in San Francisco, but would consider flexibility on location for the right candidate.
