We are currently looking for a full-time Associate to join our Global Healthcare group in our San Francisco, CA office.

Our Associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The Senior Associate/Vice President will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The Senior Associate/Vice President is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

  • Approximately 2+ years of healthcare investment banking experience at the Associate level

  • An MBA or prior 3 years experience as a healthcare investment banking analyst with direct promotion to associate preferred

  • M&A transaction experience

  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills

  • Strong client management skills
