We are adding a Director of Brand and Advertising.
The Director, Brand and Advertising is responsible for themanagement and development of the Silicon Valley Bank brand strategy, ownsbrand advertising and management of integrated media as well as brand agencyrelationships. This position will directly impact business goals and will useresearch and various measurement forms to continually evaluate and optimizepaid media performance.
Create an annualadvertising plan with key performance metrics to support your strategy anddeliver results. On an ongoing basis, work with the media team to develop mosteffective awareness and acquisition media/creative plans.
Partner closely with externalcreative agencies to develop creative strategy and ensure effective, creativedevelopment. Develop and lead creative briefings for campaigns. Identify andwork with strategic, innovative external partners and brand agency tostrengthen the creative message, relevance to the target audience and overallbrand differentiation.
Work closely withinsights and client experience teams to understand key consumer needs, barriersand insights, to develop an effective brand and creative strategy. Develop brand and advertising strategy by synthesizinginformation from multiple sources and drive application of key insights intobusiness actions.
Oversee campaignmanagement: In collaboration with SVB marketing team, work across owned(including internal) and earned marketing channels and partner with the digitalteam to develop and activate an integrated go-to-market plans for campaigns.Manage execution of all creative assets. Ensure messaging and visualization isconsistent across platforms and with key brand tenets. Partner withcreative/media agency to continually identify innovative media, creative andbusiness opportunities that support the communications strategy. Support globalapplication if relevant.
Responsible for defining anddelivering advertising performance analysis and dashboard with internal digitalteam and media agency.
Lead brand management for theSilicon Valley Bank brand. Develop and deliver nomenclature, product andbusiness positioning with strategic partners within SVB Marketing and businessunit stakeholders.
Build relationships with internalstakeholders to innovate solutions and new opportunities for deliveringincreased awareness and brand preference for Silicon Valley Bank.
Manage seniormanager, brand and advertising on all activities, drive/encourage and supporthis/her growth and development in this marketing capability.
