As a Barclays Digital Acquisition Marketing Lead, you have an opportunity to manage key partner programs and take real ownership of growth and financial performance of partners managed. You will do this by managing partner relationships combined with effective business planning, along with having responsibility for developing and implementing customer value propositions, marketing programs, service and credit strategies.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing digital marketing and paid media plans and initiatives and ensure ongoing growth and profitability of partners managed
  • Improving test strategy across channels managed, integrate into partner digital channels & leverage emerging channels to deliver against account goals
  • Working with internal as well as external resources, to create, design and oversee programs that drive growth and profitability
  • Building and maintaining effective business/working relationships with clients and contacts both internally and externally
  • Conducting program reviews and ensure goals are aligned between Barclays and partners managed
  • Renewing profitable partnerships and ensure contractual obligations are met 
  • Working closely with other channels (Direct Mail, Face-to-Face, etc.) to promote cross channel pollination and monitor program results
  • Presenting marketing plans and provide updates on top initiatives and key performance indicators

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Significant years of experience in Marketing or Financial Services 
  • Experience with P&L management a plus 
  • Prior vendor or relationship management a plus 

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, other bank colleagues (Legal, Marketing, Ops, Technology, etc.)
  • Experience with leading digital campaigns, including paid media channels (PPC, Display, Affiliates and Social)
  • Experience with analytics and martech platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc)
  • Exceptional level of communication skills – able to provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectives

Where will you be working?
You will be working at our 4 Embarcadero Ctr San Francisco location. This state of the art office is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible to public transportation.
