Our Client a Finance firm is seeking a star candidate for the following opportunity in CA Business Analyst with Wholesale Banking experience mainly CCAR + Regulatory reporting

Job Description:

Implement Data Governance policies end to end from business term lifecycle management to data quality issue management
Establish management strategy and approach to data clean up, maintenance and quality control
Prepare status reports for working group, steering committee and executives
Identifies key risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
Delivers and maintains a strong communication plan and artifacts among varied stakeholders (e.g. operations, technology, front office, compliance, legal, etc.)
Gather business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
Work closely with upstream feeding systems and downstream dependencies 
Prioritization of issue management & resolution items based on the Business Data quality reports and priority of the issues.
Daily interaction with onshore and offshore IT teams including development teams, QA and support.

Experience/Exposure

12-15 years overall experience 
7+ years of experience as a data analyst in financial services.
Candidate should have extensive experience with Wholesale Banking. Ideal candidate should know the functioning of Wholesale Loans, Facilities, Syndication, Drawn Accounts, Mitigants, and SBLCs etc. Regulatory Reporting (CCAR 14Q/14Y, others) or Risk Management experience on Retail preferred.
Business Analysis experience is required. Experience with drafting Business requirements document, process flows, workflows, test cases, project plans, data governance policies required. 
Excellent communication skills. Experience in interfacing with business and technology teams. Strong verbal and written with a proven ability to negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
Strong experience in Business Analysis and SDLC tools required. Preferable knowledge with SQL and Big Data platform.
Organized, structured, strong attention to detail with demonstrable ability to break down complex problems into phased deliverables.
Capable of working with minimal supervision and able to adapt to changing circumstances of the project. Ability to build good relationships and partnership models; Ability to manage deliverables of a regional team.
The candidate must be flexible and comfortable in an international environment/matrix organization with diverse senior stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
