The US Advisor Engagement Team is passionate about engaging with and supporting our customers and the financial advisors of our partners. We want to help our partner’s financial advisors be successful and help our internal and external sales groups bring BlackRock digital technologies and investment services to Financial Advisors across the country.
As an Advisor Engagement Manger (AEM), your role will focus in a few exciting areas. Firstly, as a Financial Advisor, and as part of a team, you will be a client relationship manager and provide financial advice to over four thousand clients who represent nearly one billion dollars in retail client AUM. As a primary focus, you will be responsible for helping manage our digital advice business. Your second focus will be to provide content strategy and support in our engagement efforts with the home offices, centers of influence, and the Financial Advisors of BlackRock’s Partners to champion our Digital Technology Platforms.
We work with internal and external teams to collaborate on our platforms, product enhancements and priorities, the overall go-to-market and in-market technology efforts, advisor engagement, and adoption strategies for our partners. This will include an emphasis on creating thoughtful training plans, training materials, videos, sales support resources, pitch decks, and other partner activation and engagement planning that will support our partners and their advisors.
