The Global Real Estate (GRE) team is seeking to add an Analyst to support the Portfolio Management team in all commercial mortgage activities nationally. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to work in San Francisco, Chicago, Charlotte or NYC.


  • Monitor borrower/asset/market level performance and generate internal investment summaries, memorandum and reports in connection with existing portfolio loans with ability to present result.
  • Assist in asset management by providing research and analytical findings in support of strategic decisions and implementation of complex borrower requests.
  • Support Senior officers in the due diligence of closing and negotiating responsibilities.
  • Perform ongoing market and property specific research, including updates to financial models to update, evaluate and reforecast investment performance.
  • Provide assistance by interfacing with internal business partners including accounting, valuation, appraisal, real estate equity, risk management and law.


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate. Other majors considered depending upon experience.
  • Minimum one to three years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal skills.
  • Working knowledge in Excel.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated team player with positive work ethic, and comfort working in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Working knowledge in ARGUS.
