Maintain responsibility for the collection, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence, including communications, electronic, and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence. Support the execution of SIGINT collection requirements. Comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, use specialized SIGINT tools and services, and develop SIGINT products. Solve non-standard information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Acquire, validate, maintain, and scope data systematically to uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions and correlations to future events. Prepare assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source and other information. Prepare deliverables on analysis methodology and results, learn and apply emerging technologies to process metadata and content for discovery purposes, and develop and document analysis and discovery tradecraft.
-Experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) technical analysis
-Knowledge of SIGINT data flow to ensure collection volume and quality, data processing mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools
-Ability to comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information
-Ability to comprehend Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum analysis theory, including differentiation and spectrum characteristics
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-HS diploma or GED required
-Graduate of US Navy's 451 or 452 Signals Analysis Courses or the Military Communications Intelligence Signals Analyst Program 9MCSAP) Course
-Experience with the Navy's Ship's Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment Foxtrot and Navy Cryptologic Training Continuum
-Knowledge of communication devices, technology, characteristics, components, functions, capabilities, and operations
-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphical training products
-Ability to incorporate new or existing SIGINT products to satisfy existing training requirements for individual, unit level, and strike group requirements
-Designated US Navy Master Training Specialist or service equivalent
