As a Computer Systems Administrator you will maintain systems data and content, test and deliver output, and perform systems audits critical to the team’s overall business operations. You will also act as a subject matter expert and business owner of one or more applications, systems, or web content areas to ensure systems are accurate, streamlined, and effectively used by associates and make recommendations on application, system or process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain system data and content by inputting, updating or synchronizing data or content as requested and audit data or content for accuracy, completeness and quality control.
  • Configure setting and applications as necessary, working with business partners to gather requirements.
  • Develop, update and test codes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot systems issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Monitor system performance through various reports and data feeds. Research and resolve data failures and exceptions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and outages with the appropriate Information Technology Group (ITG) associates and perform testing after maintenance.
  • Maintain appropriate user access levels and process new and existing user profile changes.
  • Maintain documentation related to systems changes and enhancements.
  • Train business users and act as business system application resource.
  • Generate and audit reports.
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades and testing.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years business systems experience, financial services experience preferred.
  • Solid skills using JavaScript, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Adobe LiveCycle and HTML preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner.
  • Take initiative by identifying issues for managers/others.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Effective and professional service orientation and builds appropriate rapport with internal contacts.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
