The End User, Product Manager, will manage a team of associates responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise systems. 

We are looking for a Manager to lead a group of high performing engineers that drive the corporate strategy for end-user computing. You should have a deep understanding of the mobile and desktop landscape.  As a member of the Client Systems Engineering team, you are instrumental in solution development to improve associate productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives technology strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Actively manages the product portfolio ensuring compliance to company guidelines and alignment to roadmaps
  • Leads planning and execution to deliver expected business outcomes
  • Directs overall management and delivery for End User Computing products and solutions
  • Proactively supports and operates solutions and takes measures to enhance processes and improve service delivery
  • Develops, implements and ensures adherence to policies, standards, procedures, methodology
  • Collaborates with Senior Manager to select, develop, and motivate a high performing team

Experience:

  • Strong service orientation with a can-do attitude, adaptive to change with a real passion for the End User Computing technology space
  • Demonstrated systems engineering mindset with the ability to apply a systematic approach to problem-solving, driven by data and understanding tradeoffs
  • Solution development experience demonstrating elements of rigor, design, operational oversight and accountability for products owned and operated
  • In-depth knowledge of End User Computing technologies:
    • End-user operating environments (Windows, macOS, mobile IOS, Android)
    • Productivity tools (Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud)
    • Systems management tools (SCCM, JAMF, WorkspaceOne, or InTune)
    • Desktop Virtualization (VMware Horizon, Hyper-V, or Citrix) 
    • Endpoint Protection (SEP, Defender, Tanium)
    • Network configuration (firewall, proxy, virtual networks)
  • In-depth knowledge of concepts, procedures, and techniques for using and supporting End User Computing devices in an enterprise environment:
    • Technology product lifecycle management, from cradle to grave
    • Root cause analysis
    • Vendor management
    • Service management (incident/problem/change)
  • Strong listening, reasoning, facilitation, and objection handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possess excellent time management skills
  • Effective communications with all levels of leadership, and proven record of successful projects, in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Experience managing performance of technical resources

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in End User Computing design, with at least three years as a lead or manager
  • A four-year degree is preferred
  • Experience in the financial industry is desired
