DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Data Integration Manager who has the ability to manage high-performing teams, transform existing processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions, creating robust documentation and effective onboarding processes, and manage projects from inception to delivery.

This role is responsible for working closely with the Sales Teams/Suppliers to gather requirements and create BRDs for onboarding new data feeds. Partner with the Technology team to translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure Technology has clarity prior to development. This role also needs in depth knowledge of data mapping and quality control to ensure the data mapping rules are accurate and effective. An understanding of the data transformation and governance processes across all data feeds.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership with leaders across the Sales and Supplier teams to gather and define business requirements and ensure they are translated into accurate technical requirements with the Technology team leveraging JAD sessions

Responsible for day-to-day data feed operations

Develop requirements for actionable data feed dashboards

Ensure Transformation data mapping rule accuracy and effectiveness

Define quality control requirements to maintain quality standards in data operations feeds

Drive project progress to achieve deliverables by established milestones

Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Success Criteria for all data operations feeds

Utilize reporting to create visibility and make data driven decisions

Regularly communicate data feed roadmap and performance status to the key internal stakeholders and executives

Maintain best practices for acquisition data feeds within the team, building an organization focused on thoughtfully delivering business value.

Successfully deliver on highly visible projects of strategic importance to the organization

Serve as the day-to-day cross-functional project owner for cross-functional project teams

Develop status reporting and communicate effectively and proactively to all levels of the organization regarding status, schedules, risks, issues, etc.

Identify inefficiencies and create SMART goals to achieve measurable progress

Coordinate and oversee the acquisition and quality assurance content creation with the respective content owners

Wiki content creation and management

Motivate teams both internally and externally

Help manage and support acquisition and integration of newly acquired data into current data model, business processes, and business model.

Evaluate and identify where system enhancements are required

Effectively govern applicable business critical data attributes, including but not limited to Names, Addresses and Property level information

Support ongoing data quality using Data Governance best practices

Create agile and nimble processes considering future merger and acquisition efforts including data cleansing, de-duplication, data mapping and the data dictionary.

Create issue management framework to adhere to audit and compliance requirements

Advise on related master data issues; identify corrective action items.

Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the CRE Industry and CoStars position in the Commercial Real Estate market

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree

3+ years of team development management experience with 5 or more direct reports

Experience managing technical projects and large data sets

Ability to quickly learn the components of a process and identify improvement opportunities

Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and management)

Excellent team building and consensus building abilities

Ability to motivate and build high performance teams

Very high attention to detail and strong commitment to quality

Collaborative team leader; strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial drive, and own projects from start to end for a fast growing technology company.
