Position Description:

You will be responsible for the project management and coordination of large projects spanning multiple software engineering teams. You will partner with engineering team leads to ensure projects are running well, issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner, and partners are kept abreast of progress. You will be crafting and implementing change management strategies and plans that improve employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will ensure the teams are employing project management standard methodologies and contribute towards continuous improvement of project management practices across the firm. You will support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and implement project plans. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, including leading large cross-team projects
  • Advanced program management and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a consistent track record of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation preparation skills
  • Experience leading all stages of a project lifecycle via Agile methodologies
  • High Proficiency with Jira, Lucid Charts, Google Sheets or Excel and PowerPoint
  • BS or MS in Engineering
  • Experience working for an investment manager or data solution provider within FinTech a decided advantage.
