Position Description:



Requirements
  • Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related business field at Northeastern University only.
  • Expected graduation date between Dec '20 - Dec '21 (Co-op 2 or 3)
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate grade point average, on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)


Positions are located in Newport Beach, CA.

Overview - Client Billing
The Client Billing team is responsible for producing timely and accurate monthly fee accruals; monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices; and resolution of inquiries from client and Account Management; collections and periodic reporting. PIMCO relies on the Client Billing team to ensure data integrity through audit of systems against contracts to ensure accurate computation of management fee invoices and deliverables are met with the highest standard of quality and timeliness.


Co-op Client Billing Analyst
• Calculate and produce specialized fixed and incentive investment management fee invoices.
• Participate in the monthly closing activities which include generation, analysis and documentation of management fee accruals.
• Respond to and resolve client account inquiries (both written and verbal) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure data integrity across various systems.
• Set-up new accounts and define AUM treatment and other system coding
• Report global collections and ensure aging is maintained and accurate
