As a Wealth Management Associate, the ideal candidate will provide important and diversify administrative support to our wealth management team & life Insurance team. You will assist with a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including generating insurance illustration reports, preparing materials, research, problem resolution, and other administrative and account activities. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented and can multitask efficiently. Communication skills, both written and verbal are paramount. You will likely be assisting several individuals throughout the organization and will be a critical part of the team.

 

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the wealth management and insurance team
  • Acts as the contact point between internal and external vendors as well as investment partners
  • Provide life insurance illustration reports, develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products, company policies and procedures, and regulations
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Corresponding (in person, via email and by phone) with internal and external partners 
  • Coordinating travels/events management
  • General office organization, including management of the office and common spaces
  • Assist in other administrative/office management projects as assigned

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a supportive role
  • Candidate with life insurance background is preferred
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills are required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player and strong self-initiative with positive can do attitude 
  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities and assist others as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English and Mandarin
