The Digital Marketing Specialist is a highly motivated self-starter who has previously demonstrated the ability to leverage data and benchmarks to build and execute successful digital marketing campaigns. This role will be involved in working with the marketing technology stack supporting all aspects of digital marketing and branding development across both Advisory and Institutional sales channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on understanding client-centricity across both sales channels and executing a growing demand of digital campaigns across web, social media, and email.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, deploy and manage marketing campaigns programs using Marketo/Salesforce/ON24.
  • Coordinate program execution supporting the extended marketing team.
  • Strategically scale segmentation, automation and processes to improve production times and drive engagement.
  • Troubleshoot Marketo issues and implement changes to avoid future impact.
  • Convert marketing collateral into website pages and assist with the management of website media library.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive social content strategy marketing plans and defining programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Analyze engagement on web and social media platforms and provide quarterly suggestions to improve our digital presence across identified target audiences with the backing of high-quality data analysis and metrics.
  • Attend webinars and conferences for continual learning and to ensure the firm stays within alignment of digital marketing best-practices in the financial services industry.


What You Will Need

  • 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing within financial services.
  • Must have experience working with web, social, and Marketo – having deep, practical/tactical expertise in Marketo.
  • Strong technical skills and demonstrated ability to synthesize data and develop recommendations.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Seismic and basic HTML or similar.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) and other Internet applications.
  • Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, a team player, and have the intellectual curiosity and aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement.
  • Success is measured on meritocracy including clear communication, meeting deadlines, active team collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Ability to think outside the box and look for new innovative solutions.
  • Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred.
