We are a global, privately-owned investment manager with more than $145 Billion AUM and 200+ employees headquartered in downtown Los Angeles, and a leader in the active management of fixed income and equity portfolios, through domestic and international solutions. We are seeking to hire a compliance analyst. This is an operational role within the Compliance Department for which we are looking for a person who is eager to learn a variety of tasks, who works independently, who is organized and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs calculations for a variety of daily and weekly exception rule reporting according to instructions provided
  • Researches and resolves Average Rating violations
  • Manages department documentation
  • Updates logs, files, and databases
  • Oversees daily pricing communications and monthly pricing logs
  • Complete other departmental duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

The Compliance Analyst role requires a person who is detail-oriented and can multitask with excellent organizational and project management skills.  Specific qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish objectives and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and excellent project management skills
