Role Overview

As our CTO, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment at the forefront of cutting-edge FinTech innovation. You will be the guiding force behind our technology operations, driving technical strategy, leading our top-tier development team, and ensuring our technology stack continually meets and exceeds industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Vision and Leadership: Define, implement, and oversee a robust tech roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Tech Team Management: Lead and nurture our highly skilled tech team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
Solution Development: Drive the design and delivery of state-of-the-art FinTech solutions to address the needs of our clients and market trends.
Risk Management: Establish security protocols and risk management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our platform and data.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree would be great, but isn't a requirement.
Proven experience as a CTO, or similar leadership role, within the FinTech industry.
Expert understanding of cutting-edge tech stacks, software development methodologies, and architectural patterns.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
