Program Planner/Integrator

Key Role:

Work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to manage efforts to analyze, architect, engineer, integrate, test, and deploy large-scale space and ground C4ISR systems. Function as a key member of an Armys integration team supporting the development of next generation GPS user equipment for Army platforms and warfighters. Interface and coordinate between the program office, industry teams, and various DoD agencies extensively. Analyze, track, distribute and brief program performance, cost, schedule and risk. Provide program management support of managerial meetings, briefings, presentations, key milestones, technical boards, test events, and design reviews. Develop acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical evaluations. Analyze and track acquisition milestone documentation to ensure compliance with all DoD and acquisition-related requirements and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in DoD acquisition planning, program management, and business operations

-Experience with project management and leadership roles

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to lead in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments

-Ability to interface with internal and external customers and stakeholders

-Ability to understand, analyze and manipulate integrated master schedules (IMS)

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the military C5ISR systems

-Experience with the DoD acquisition system

-Experience with GPS and navigation technologies and systems

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-MA or MS degree

-DAWIA Level III Program Manager Certification or Acquisition

-Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level III Certification

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
