Learning and Talent Analyst Title: Learning and Talent Analyst What we need:

What you will do:

This role is a part of a growing Human Resources department and reports directly to the VP, Head of Learning, Talent and Culture. This person will have ownership over: administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning programs and portals; Reporting, analysis and presentation of learning and talent metrics and insights;  Support of communication and marketing of talent, culture and engagement programs and solutions; and contributions to larger talent and HR initiatives.

Learning, Talent and Culture Administration - 60%

  • Manage administration of all enterprise eLearning training needs in the Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g. on-demand skill development courses, compliance courses, etc.).
  • Manage administration of all enterprise Learning, Talent and Culture programs, including but not limited to:  Performance Management, Employee Engagement Survey, Manager Development, Career Development, and Talent/Succession Planning.
  • Maintains responsibility for training administration, including but not limited to: booking training rooms, coordinating training event logistics, materials preparation and training records maintenance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to promote usage and adoption of Talent programs, through support of Talent strategy (e.g. draft internal communications to all employees, manage internal intranet pages, etc.).
  • Discover, propose and implement process improvements to maximize efficiencies of internal processes, including documenting standard operating procedures and user guides.
Metrics and Measurement 20%
  • Monitors and evaluates quality and effectiveness of Talent solutions by creating, maintaining and analyzing Talent metrics.
  • Manage online survey tool account to design, create and maintain evaluation surveys to collect, analyze and communicate results.
HR Projects 20%
  • Support the broader Learning, Talent and Culture/HR team with special projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as project team member for HR applications and system support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience working in Learning &Development, Talent Management or HR preferred 
  • Knowledge and experience with LearningManagement Systems (Taleo Learn Preferred)
  • Possesses advanced analytical skills with anacute attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize andmanage multiple projects and time effectively
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve problems andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office(PowerPoint creative presentations, Excel reporting/formulas/analytics/datavalidation, Word general communications, Outlook managingschedules/calendars)
  • Communicates effectively in visual, oral andwritten form; uses active listening skills
  • Builds relationships and interacts effectivelywith peers and business partners
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive andpositive feedback from all stakeholders
  • Demonstrates learning agility, with the abilityto quickly implement feedback to realize desired results
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, while deliveringhigh-quality solutions that are relevant and timely
  • Ability to work independently, with a virtualteam across multiple locations
  • Proficiency in Articulate/Captivate or other trainingweb-authoring tools preferred
  • Self-starter with high energy, creativity, andflexibility
