This role is a part of a growing Human Resources department and reports directly to the VP, Head of Learning, Talent and Culture. This person will have ownership over: administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning programs and portals; Reporting, analysis and presentation of learning and talent metrics and insights; Support of communication and marketing of talent, culture and engagement programs and solutions; and contributions to larger talent and HR initiatives.
