What you bring to PMB:
You pride yourself on developing new business while managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients. You have a history of exceeding assigned Loan growth goals and Core Deposit growth for a regional area. You have had extensive successful experience leading a financial center in growth, profitability, and managing staff members within the region. You have experience in all facets of commercial lending and your experience is primarily sales in C&I lending. You are open to learning and coaching and you are comfortable providing relevant, positive, and constructive feedback with the intention of motivating for success. Heres what youll do:
Responsible for developing new business through focused calling effort and by utilizing Horizon Analytics, consistent with established core client parameters, while ensuring effective managing of growing portfolio of existing clients. Regional manager shall manage the staff within the region and be responsible for maintaining the growth, profitability and quality of the office(s). This player coach role will have individual goals and regional goals.  

Essential Job Duties

Drive growth and revenue leading to exceptional financial performance of the Region.
Provide direction, leadership and set the tone for all Team members within the Region.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and marketing skills in order to effectively develop business and cross sell banking services.
Originate and manage pipeline of high quality business opportunities.
Personally deliver Horizon Analytics presentations with all new proposals and as appropriate to existing clients.
Ensure effective management of loan portfolios with an emphasis on quality, profitability and timeliness.
Have a well-established network of key community influencers who have and will continue to drive business to the bank.
Manage and review all loan approval reports and make presentations and recommendations to Loan Committee.
Manage the professional growth and development of bank officers within the region.
Be face and image of the bank within your community, participate in business related Boards, Organizations and Charitable groups.

Time Allocation
50% of the time prospecting and acquiring new operating companies to achieve individual and team goals related to C&I loans and deposits.

What you need for this position:
Job Qualifications  

Bachelors degree in finance preferred.
10 - 15 years work-related experience consist of a financial analysis, lending, and deposit background in commercial banking.
Advanced expertise, experience, knowledge and training in financial statement and tax return analysis typically resulting from a combination of education in accounting, financial and/or credit analysis or related areas.
Advanced expertise, experience, knowledge and training in all relevant lending activities and terminology.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and client relationship expansion by achieving individual goals related to loans and deposits.
Experience in managing a team of Commercial Bankers.
Indepth knowledge of banking laws, policies and procedures.
Occasional local travel
