This position is responsible for ongoing support of our sales, product strategy, and business development groups. As a Product Marketing Manager, the candidate will be expected to assist with bringing products to market and produce marketing, tracking, and reporting deliverables for internal and external audiences.

The Product Marketing Manager will be an energetic and highly organized self-starter with experience in product marketing, business planning and/or new product introduction. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to convey ideas and information through slides, presentations and written materials. The candidate must also demonstrate strong ability to manage a variety of tasks within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and be solution-oriented while keeping tasks prioritized. Strong organization, time management, problem solving, and communication skills are essential. Quarterly 1-2 day travel to Finicity in Salt Lake City, UT required.

Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-market Plans. Coordinate across teams and apply a structured approach to execute on go-to-market plans encompassing social media, sales engagement, and internal training.
Value Proposition and Positioning. Develop and clearly and concisely articulate product messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with targeted market segments and across channels.
Sales Support. Develop and maintain collateral such as pitch decks, objection handling, internal training tools, and FAQs. expertise
Product Expertise. Produce product and solution-based presentations and provide insight on applying product capabilities, client pain points, and compliance requirements.
Marketing content. Create and manage compelling internal/external product content such as case studies, videos, external training materials, product sheets, product bulletins, website content, ROI calculators, conference presentations, trade show materials, and white papers.
Analytics. Gather, monitor, and report on data and statistics related to product performance, client satisfaction, and business planning.
Product Launch Support. Participate in cross-functional product governance process involving legal, compliance, risk management, and security requirements for launching new products and responding to client requests.
Competitive Analysis. Gather industry information and insights to educate internal stakeholders and help inform product roadmapping, pricing, industry mapping, etc.
Pipeline Tracking. Responsible for tracking sales prospects, revenue, forecasts, and success metrics.
Consumer Research. Explore and understand customer and consumer needs and translate voice of customer research into new innovative solutions or propositions to enable demand/lead generation in the mortgage market.
Collaboration. Work directly with Product Strategy, Client Engagement, Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support teams. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Ideal combination is excellent communication skills, ability to understand complex topics and explain to non-technical audiences, experience with complex software solutions, and a knowledge base of mortgage systems as related to data permissioning and transaction processing.

3-5 years of experience in product marketing and/or product management, business planning and/or new product introduction
Good knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and communications principles for sale of intangible products.
Experience in working with technology operations across multiple organizations.
Solid understanding of market segmentation, strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities across a variety of channels.
Demonstrated project management, organizational, customer-facing, independent problem solving, self-direction, analytical, verbal and written communications skills are critical.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in the mortgage market and mortgage-related applications is preferred.
BS/BA degree required.
